Your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using this Site and/or to ask for a refund or exchange of the products in question.

Artesano food shall not be responsible for checking the presence of any allergens whatever in substitute products or any other products, this responsibility is solely yours, even should Artesano food have prior notice of same.
